Some Words from the Management

It's a new year and even though it's just a number on the calendar, it does present an opportunity to start up or double down on your fitness goals for a brand new year. You don't have to commit to running all year. Just show up on Wednesday and get that first run of the year under your belt and take it from there. We'd love to see you whether it's your first run with us or your 100th.
