Hey it's still the new year and you can still stick to that resolution even if you haven't been quite as active as you planned (talking about myself right now). One thing is for sure, it's going to be a hell of a lot warmer (talking mid-40s people!) on Wednesday night so it's a great opportunity to get out of your house and go on a run. We're back to the Local 44 Bottle Shop this week and we'll go explore out West.
