It's time for our annual Thanksgiving eve run! I know so many of you will be leaving town to see your families. But, I do hope that those of you who happen to be around on Wednesday night will come out and spend the time with us.

Shoe Donation for Back On My Feet - Wednesday 11/25 and 12/2

Runners go through a ton of shoes. The great news is that you've got a place to put them now. Ha is collecting shoes for Back On My Feet that she'll be handing in at the Rocky 50K. It's her birthday goal to have the most shoes (by weight, so get your old hiking boots out). Let's get our old gear together and bring her the top spot!
