Some Words:
Last week's movie night was a resounding success after some initial technical difficulties where we had no sound and the screen was upside down... We will definitely be doing another movie night soon! Have any movie ideas? This week, we're returning to our routine, heading to City Tap House for the 2nd Wednesday specials set up especially for us. We'll also do a loop through the Woodland cemetery.
Upcoming Events:
Fishtown Beer Runners Brit-themed Olympics Event at The International House. Thursday, August 9th @ 7:45pm. Wristbands for beer will be a mere $10 (available at the door), but please be polite like a proper English gentleman and RSVP via TicketFly prior to the event.
Half-Wit Half Marathon. Sunday, August 12th. Hosted by the awesome folks at Pretzel City Sports, this trail half marathon with the tag line "Because a mind is a terrible thing..." is sue to be a challenging and stupidly fun race.
