Thanks everyone who came out last week and ran across town with us to the Mayor's Cup Pep Rally! I had some requests to leave West Philly more often on our runs. What do you think? Would you be into that or opposed? Let me know!

This week we're very much staying in West and headed to Local 44 Bottle Shop.

Also a head's up that air quality is really poor right now because of fires up in Canada. I'm hoping things clear up later in the day, but if you have any respiratory issues, you'll probably want to sit out tonight's run!

Run starts at Clark Park (44th and Baltimore) and ends at Local 44 Bottle Shop (44th and Spruce).

The Philly 10K - August 27

Now in year 10, The Philly 10K holds a special place to the tens of thousands of runners who have raced through South Philly and Center City since that inaugural day in September 2014.
