Woodlands Runner Happy Hour - Wednesday June 5

Join us for the first Woodlands Runner Happy Hours of the season on June 5! We're going to end our run there that day so getting there is easy!

There are four events this spring/summer and they're free for members or $10 for non-members!

Wed. September 11th

If you are not a member, the Woodlands has a runner membership for $35.

Couch or 5k III - Saturday June 8

Join us on Saturday, June 8th at The Woodlands in West Philadelphia for the 3rd annual Couch or 5k to benefit Misfit Manor and The Woodlands.

Before, during and after the race, your hosts will be serving bottomless iced coffee generously provided by Grindcore House and endless vegan donuts from our friends at Dottie's Donuts. Participants can choose to run or relax--or both--on a beautiful summer morning, all in support of a good cause.

P hilly Pride Run - Sunday June 9

Philly Pride Run is back for year number 3 of LOUD and PROUD running through the streets of Philadelphia. Come celebrate Philly Pride 2019 with Philly's Pride Run 5K race and the original 1.5 miler Fun Run, down the historic Pride Parade route in Center City Philadelphia!

Fabulous entertainment starts at 9:00 AM: race starts at 10:00 AM

Mount Moriah Runner Clean-up - Saturday June 15

It's been a while since we directly supported the Friends of Mount Moriah Cemetery and all the amazing work they are doing. For those of you who already run there, you know how amazing this place is. For those who don't this is a great time to get out there and explore the space while giving back.

We'll meet on June 15 as part of FMMC's monthly clean-up event. They will have weed whackers and other tools for us to use.

What you'll need:

sun glasses
long pants, ideally

M ayor's Cup - Saturday August 10

This is the Mayor's Cup: Runners from each and every Philadelphia community - fast runners and slow runners, trail runners and road runners, ultra-runners and 5K specialists, competitors and volunteers - coming together to represent the "team" they call their own.

5 Events, held on a single day, with a single start/finish line. Clubs from all over the city, coming together for competition and socialization.

There are no individual winners. The top male and female from each club, in each race, will earn points (based on ranking) for their club. The winning club will be the Mayor's Cup Champion.
