Monarch Dash 5K - Saturday September 29th at 8am

Hey West Philly Runners! The 1st Inaugural Friends of Heinz Refuge at Tinicum Monarch Dash 5K is happening Saturday, September 29th at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge At Tinicum!
Celebrate the magnificent monarch migration and get moving on your 5k journey! Runners and walkers are welcome to challenge themselves on the scenic loop course that will take participants along refuge trails following Darby Creek and Tinicum Marsh. Post-race activities include a celebration!
