Greetings from Portland

I apologize for the late post this week, but I'm on vacation in Portland, OR and I lost track of time.

Looks like it's going to be another nice, cool evening tomorrow (I'm being sarcastic here, of course). However, by now we're all pros at running in this uncomfortable weather and we've been rewarded with cold beers and sweaty camaraderie. And while I won't be able to join in this week's run, I will go for a 2 miler here on the West Coast and imagine I'm there while putting back a cold one.
