All of you runners who have thought about coming out, but feel like it's been too cold, I can't really blame you, but that excuse won't fly this week. With Spring feeling closer than ever, I bet there's some runners out there that would like to get back into it and may want a shorter run option so I'd like to try out a new format this week - 3 different distance options: 2, 4 and 6 miles.
Come on out and have a drink with us at 7:30pm if you don't feel like lacing up those new running shoes just yet.
