I ran a 7 mile trail run this past weekend and I was struck by how many other people were out there to run through the mountains in the snow. I haven't quite settled on whether I was inspired or shocked by how crazy my fellow runners are. But what I can say for sure is that I was proud to be a runner that day.

We meet every Wednesday, every week, every season at 6:30 pm. We run rain, shine or thundersnow.
